Made delicious chocolate sprinkle pancakes at 2 in the morning with the best younger sister eva!
We topped them with huge piles of whipped cream and multi-colored star sprinkles and watched Harry Potter and zee Goblet of FIRE!

Even with Meg getting burned by the pan, nosebleeds, and Rahni being an obnoxious fattie, it was the best night I've had in a long, long time.

music: "Slow Dancing In A Burning Room" John Mayer

Got fired.
God...I suck big time.
Words cannot express how disappointed I am in myself.
Why can't I do anything right?

I really need to get myself together.

God, why is life so confusing!? And difficult?

It feels like I'm being held down by so much crap...and yet, absolutely nothing is happening in my life. In California, I had family and friend drama to talk and rant about. For a year here in Nevada, I had a fantastic relationship to brag about.

Now? I'm in between worlds, stuck in limbo.

Which pretty much, absolutely sucks.

No pressure: if you wish to continue talking to me, go right on ahead and ask to be added.
That way I'm not adding people who don't want to be...ya know? Get it? Got it? GOOD! Hehe.

I promise, I will update often and I *will* comment as much as I can.
Guess who's back? Back again?

See you on the other side!

There is a HUGE propane/gas explosion. You live roughly a mile away from it. The next day, you are told to evacuate because there is a good possibility that the tanks underneath you might blow as well.

Question: what do you bring with you?

It was seriously the most surreal situation I've ever experienced.

Normal day: my grandmother just arrived -she's staying with us for a week- and we're getting ready to make dinner. It's around 5 in the afternoon.

Knock knock knock. Not just normal knocks,POUNDING. Two doorbell rings.

I'm the closest, so I check through the peephole and see a man in a green suit. I open the door: it's the police. Suddenly, my entire family surrounds the door, and the next words spoken are the ones I had been dreading about the night before:

"We're having a mandatory evacuation. You need to leave now."

Complete pandemonium. Chaos. Where the fuck are we going to go? How much time do we have? Outside, there's people everywhere...in their driveways, throwing suitcases into cars and taking off. What the fuck. We have 13 animals to load into two cars. We've got 40 photo albums containing our entire life, AS well as home videos and antique/valuable jewelry from my grandmother, great grandmother, etc. Not to mention all of my artwork and writing and movies and books and yearbooks. AND THEN all that important fucking paperwork.

So it came down to this: if this house explodes, what would we rather want to leave behind: memories, or lives?

We got all the animals into cages and into the car. Then we grabbed whatever else we could: random photo albums, miraculously every home video we owned, paperwork, jewelry...I took whatever I could fit into my purse.

The only humorous part of it all was my grandmother COOKING the entire time! HAH! While we were all freaking out, trying to decide what part of our lives we wanted to keep, she was in the kitchen cooking. Gotta love grandmothers.

By the time we had everything loaded into the car and were about to leave for my aunt/uncle's, the police came around again.

This time: good news.

"You don't need to leave anymore. The situation has been handled."

Thank fucking God.

I never want to go through anything like that ever again. WORST experience of my entire fucking life.
